Job description

As a key member of our international HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations across multiple countries. You will manage a broad range of HR activities, including payroll coordination, social insurance administration, contract management, budgeting, HR controlling, and reporting.

Working closely with managers and employees across Switzerland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth HR processes and providing valuable support through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an international environment within the sports industry and to support both local and corporate stakeholders through accurate reporting and HR expertise. Part-Time or Full-Time is possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate payroll-related activities and HR administration, together with the payroll specialist at Swatch Group Germany
  • Maintain personnel records and HR systems, including assignment notifications
  • Oversee social insurance and contract management processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and HR controlling activities
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for local management and corporate stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning and HR analytics activities
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and data quality
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience across multiple locations
  • Coordinate relocation support and employee recognition activities (e.g., housing, gifts, and flowers)

Professional requirements

  • University or apprenticeship degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, or a comparable role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with an affinity for HR controlling, reporting, and data analysis
  • Proven experience in preparing and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, KPI analyses, and management reports
  • Experience with HR reporting and workforce analytics at both local and corporate/group level
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with payroll systems, ideally Sage Payroll Module
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR information systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly accurate, quality-focused approach to work
  • Solid understanding of payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

Languages

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are mandatory
  • French language skills are considered a strong asset
