We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist based in Le Locle to join the International Digital Marketing team at Tissot Headquarters !
Job description
As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you will support the management and continuous improvement of Tissot’s Brand Website and digital assets across markets. You will support the delivery of a consistent brand experience across Tissot’s brand website.
Your main responsibilities will be as followed:
- Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns across global markets.
- Manage the global communication calendar in collaboration with Digital, E-commerce, Retail, and Customer Service teams.
- Support subsidiaries with campaign planning, execution, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all customer communications.
- Improve customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Manage audience segmentation and customer targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign delivery, engagement KPIs, and reporting performance.
- Ensure CRM integration across Retail, E-commerce, Customer Service, and other key business initiatives.
- Oversee the Register My Watch and user account ecosystem and support its continuous improvement.
- Create and manage contests, registration, and lead-generation landing pages.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and local data privacy regulations, in collaboration with Legal teams.
- Develop guidelines, documentation, and governance processes to support global markets
- Support the development of B2B newsletter communications.
- Create and adapt campaign copy and messaging assets for paid media campaigns, and support global markets in campaign execution and optimization.
- Provide backup support for social media content and digital marketing activities when required.

Professional requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Sciences, Media Engineering or a related field.
- You have a first successful experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
Languages
Fluent in French and English.
