We are looking for a Senior International Corporate Communications Project Leader to join our international team based in Le Locle. The successful candidate will be part of the international PR team and report to the PR Manager.

Job description

In this role, you will take ownership of corporate communications, ensuring clear, consistent and impactful messaging across key audiences and channels. Working closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders, you will support high-profile communications opportunities and lead a range of corporate communications projects.

The role combines strong editorial skills, strategic awareness, discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate corporate communications activities, ensuring consistency of messaging and corporate narrative.
  • Support the PR Manager and senior leadership on corporate communications, media opportunities and high-profile engagements.
  • Develop and coordinate corporate communications materials and messaging across relevant channels, including digital and social media.
  • Lead selected corporate communications projects from development through to execution.
  • Build strong relationships with media, internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support communications in sensitive or high-pressure situations, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen corporate visibility, reputation and positioning.
  • Monitor relevant media, corporate and industry developments and provide insights to inform communications.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of corporate communications tools and practices.

  • Strategic, creative and curious, with a strong understanding of corporate reputation and communications
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships across functions and markets
  • Detail-oriented, agile and solutions-focused, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • A genuine sensitivity to brand image, corporate reputation and the luxury environment

Professional requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, editorial content and media relations
  • Experience working with senior executives and supporting high-profile communications
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer sectors is a plus
  • Experience in digital and social communications is an advantage

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, is a must
  • German is an advantage
  • Additional languages are a plus
