Job description

Senior executive and trusted member of the leadership team, accountable for enterprise-wide operational strategy and execution across a multi-unit luxury retail organization. Provides strategic oversight of retail operations, inventory management, compliance, risk mitigation, and business process transformation while safeguarding brand standards and elevating the client experience. Recognized for building high-performing organizations, aligning operational excellence with commercial objectives, and driving sustainable growth through disciplined execution, organizational effectiveness, and forward-looking business leadership. Proven ability to lead complex, customer-centric environments, optimize performance across multiple locations, and deliver long-term value through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Provide operational leadership across all OMEGA boutiques and corporate operations throughout the United States.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth, profitability, and organizational scalability.
  • Ensure consistent execution of OMEGA brand standards, luxury service expectations, and operational disciplines.
  • Act as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational performance and business opportunities.

Retail Performance & Business Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and profitability indicators.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and business insights to support data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement solutions that improve productivity while preserving the luxury client experience.

Inventory Management & Asset Protection

  • Establish and maintain best-in-class inventory controls and asset protection standards.
  • Lead inventory accuracy initiatives, cycle counts, physical inventories, and shrink reduction efforts.
  • Partner closely with Retail and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory availability and stock productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with security, loss prevention, and internal control procedures.

Client Experience & Omnichannel Excellence

  • Support the operational execution of CRM, clienteling, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Ensure operational readiness for client-facing programs that elevate the customer journey.
  • Evaluate customer experience indicators and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational support.
  • Collaborate with Retail Leadership to ensure seamless integration between physical and digital touchpoints.

Financial Stewardship, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Manage operational budgets and capital expenditure projects.
  • Direct operational audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies, corrective actions, and business continuity plans.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, governance, and ethical business practices.

Technology & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with IT and Global Headquarters to advance retail technology initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Champion automation, digital transformation, and process optimization projects.
  • Evaluate operational workflows and implement best practices that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining the elevated standards expected of a global luxury brand.

Project & Expansion Management

  • Lead operational planning and execution for boutique openings, renovations, relocations, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
  • Ensure every project reflects OMEGA's luxury positioning and operational standards.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture centered on excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, development planning, and succession support for operational talent.
  • Serve as a collaborative business partner across Retail, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Headquarters.

Professional Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Retail Management, or a related discipline required.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership managing multi-unit operations.
