HR Business Partner
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brand and Retail teams to understand business priorities
- Provide HR advisory to business leaders on organization, employee relations, performance, and people-related business decisions
- Oversee employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, employee movements, and exit processes, ensure proper governance and compliance
- Coordinate performance management, Learning & Development, talent development, and succession planning initiatives to support employee capability and business growth
- Maintain regular engagement with Brand and Retail teams through store visits to identify HR needs and risks
- Manage monthly HR reports and provide analysis on key HR matters, trends, and focus areas
- Review organization structure and manpower planning in partnership with business leaders
- Proactively manage employee relations and organizational issues, provide guidance on performance concerns and disciplinary matters, and employee engagement
- Monitor employee policy compliance and ensure HR processes align with SG Thailand and Group standards
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Brand and Retail teams, proactively identify people risks and opportunities and provide recommendations that support business growth
Professional requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong stakeholders management, coaching and influencing skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good command of English communication skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
