Job description

Join The Swatch Group U.S. Distribution Center team as a Warehouse Associate and become an integral part of supporting some of the world's most recognized watch and jewelry brands. This position is responsible for inventory handling, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and shipping operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inventory for final shipment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of inventory locations
  • Timely and accurately pick all products including BOM for orders.
  • Physically verify each pick by location, style and quantity.
  • Pack orders, which may require continuous heavy lifting.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed like verification.

Profile

The Material Handler is responsible for accurately picking, packing, verifying, and preparing products for shipment within a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity goals, and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Professional requirements

 

  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
  • Experience in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, eyewear, cosmetics, or similar products preferred.
  • Knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
