Job description

•Must have experience with luxury time pieces and/or  jewelry

•Provide a unique and special experience to all clients

•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

•Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts

•Provide superior after-sale service to all clients

 

Profile

The key objective of this position is to reach and surpass the sales goals. The Keyholder / Sales Associate will provide outstanding customer experience to reflect the brand through the selling of unique watches. The individual will be expected to build and develop strong relationships with clients and meet new prospects leads through networking efforts.

 

Professional requirements

Qualifications:

•Must have luxury retail jewelry and time piece experience

•4 plus years luxury retail experience

•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

•Outstanding customer service skills

•Ability to work as a team player

•Clientele building skills

•Flexible to retail working hours
