Swatch Group Immeubles

The mission of Swatch Group Immeubles SA is to administer all real estate in Switzerland on behalf the Swatch Group Pension Fund, Group companies’ employers’ funds, Swatch Group subsidiaries and third parties. Its management activities extend over a vast real estate pool including more than 5000 rental or farming properties, mainly in the cantons of Bern, Jura, Neuchâtel, Solothurn and Vaud. In this respect, Swatch Group Immeubles coordinates and supervises renovation and sanitization work on the assets under management, as well as brokerage agreements, provides real estate advisory services to its clients as well as follow-up in the implementation of real estate operations.
