Rubattel & Weyermann, the specialist producer of watch dials that has been rooted in La Chaux-de-Fonds since 1890, became a part of Swatch Group in 2002. Since then, its growth and modernization have been accelerating steadily.

In 2015, we moved into a new building, which allowed us to continue our progress and to realize our plans for the future. With the integration of the new building, we have been able to verticalize practically all of our needs and particularly, to implement new technologies. This new environment also offers our employees modern, safe, and pleasant working conditions.

Building on this solid base, our credo is to achieve excellence through a commitment to the innovation and creativity that optimally meet our brands’ requirements.
