The Swatch Group Assembly is the Swatch Group’s watch assembly company. Its mission is to offer services to customers that exceed their expectations.

Located in Ticino, it is the largest assembler of Swiss Made watches. Its facilities in Genestrerio and Stabio are distinguished by highly qualified staff and specialized watchmakers. The Swatch Group Assembly produces quality, also thanks to a 100% control protocol.

Through personnel development and the building of a participative community centered on teams and collaboration, The Swatch Group Assembly always offers new services to the Group’s companies, making the most of opportunities.

In addition to the assembly of quartz and automatic watches, in 2022 The Swatch Group Assembly opened a new Customer Service hub for watch repair and a department for link assembly and steel bracelet finishing.

It has also consolidated its synergies with the company Novi by creating an Assembly Centre, with the aim of sharing skills and processes and ensuring maximum quality and flexibility at all times.
