Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), February 10th 2012 – At its last meeting, the Board of Directors of The Swatch Group Ltd appointed Mr Thierry Kenel member of the Swatch Group Executive Management Board. Mr Kenel was previously member of the Extended Management Board. He took over as Chief Financial Officer when Mr Edgar Geiser retired in 2009.
