Swatch Group vs Tiffany & Co.

Decision in favor of Swatch Group
The NAI Netherlands Arbitration Institute passed judgement in the lawsuit Swatch Group vs Tiffany & Co.:
Tiffany & Co. is sentenced to pay Swatch Group damages totalling CHF 402 million.
The counter-claim of Tiffany & Co. is integrally dismissed.
In September 2011, Swatch Group had terminated the collaboration with Tiffany & Co. for breach of contract and pressed claims for damages in December 2011 against Tiffany & Co. In March 2012, Tiffany & Co. filed a counterclaim with the Court of arbitration in charge.

Dividend proposal
In its today’s meeting, the Board of Directors of the Swatch Group decided to propose a dividend of CHF 6.00 per bearer share and CHF 1.20 per registered share at the Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2023 (previous year: CHF 5.50 per bearer share and CHF 1.10 per registered share).
